EFácio RP, a public relations and strategic content consultancy operated by Edilaine Fácio, respects the privacy of everyone who visits and interacts with the website efaciorp.com.br. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

2. What data we collect

2.1. Contact ("fit") form, on the /contato page: name, email, WhatsApp number, answers about budget, goals, continuity and alignment with the service, social media links you choose to provide, and any questions you write.

2.2. Newsletter, available in the site footer and in blog posts: only the email address you provide to subscribe.

We do not collect credit card data, banking data, identity documents, or any sensitive data (health, racial origin, religion, biometrics). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools as of the publication of this policy.

3. What we use this data for

  • Responding to your inquiry and assessing whether there is a fit between what you are looking for and the service provided by EFácio RP.
  • Sending the newsletter, only to those who actively subscribed.
  • Complying with legal or tax obligations, where applicable.

We do not use your data to sell to third parties, nor for targeted advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Contact form data is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that forwards the form content by email directly to EFácio RP. Newsletter subscription data is stored on the Mailchimp platform, used to send emails.

These providers act as data processors, following EFácio RP's instructions, and have their own privacy policies. We do not share data with any other third party beyond those named here.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form data is kept in EFácio RP's email for as long as necessary for the negotiation and, afterward, according to the retention period for commercial communications. Newsletter data is stored on Mailchimp until you choose to unsubscribe, which can be done at any time via the link included in every email sent.

6. Your rights under the LGPD

You may, at any time, request:

  • confirmation that we process your data;
  • access to the data we hold about you;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • portability of data to another provider;
  • deletion of data processed with your consent;
  • information about who we share your data with;
  • withdrawal of consent, at any time.

7. Links to social media and WhatsApp

The site links to Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. These platforms have their own privacy policies, independent of this one, and EFácio RP has no control over the data processing carried out by them.

8. Minors

The EFácio RP website and services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page.
